1.Responsible for the production, culture, and quality testing of CAR-T cells;
2.Responsible for experimental record documentation, drafting and revising relevant SOPs;
3.Responsible for lentiviral packaging, concentration, and titer determination;
4.Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in biology-related fields. Recent graduates should have experience in cell culture and aseptic techniques. For candidates with outstanding past experience, the educational requirement may be relaxed.
2. Prior experience in cell therapy product culture is preferred.
3. Strong foundation in biology and ability to read English literature; strong learning ability.
